It all started in my own kitchen, with a simple desire to create barbecue sauces that were not only bursting with flavor but also made with wholesome goodness in mind. Tired of the artificial ingredients and hidden allergens in store-bought options, I began experimenting with all-natural ingredients. My inspiration came from a passion for real food and the belief that everyone should be able to enjoy delicious barbecue without compromise. That's why each of our sauces is lovingly homemade and meticulously crafted to be free of common allergens like gluten, dairy, and nuts, ensuring a taste that's pure, vibrant, and safe for everyone at the table.

My journey, which includes a 2000 graduation from Penn State University and a national championship in powerlifting, fuels my passion for meticulously perfecting every cut and flavor profile.
